The 5,200 sq. ft. strength room offers a wide array of equipment to take care of all of your fitness needs and help you to attain your goals.  In addition to the abundance of free weights we have selectorized strength equipment that includes a  Kinesis Machine, TRX Suspension Training, 8 piece Nautilus line, 14 piece Cybex line, Licarian Multi-Station and 23 piece Technogym.
