Here's a breakdown of what each session can entail:
Session 1:
•Consultation and Goal Setting: Consultation and fitness assessment to determine fitness goals, specific preferences, or limitations you may have. These could include weight loss, muscle gain, improved cardiovascular health, or increased flexibility.
•InBody biometrics testing to provide evidence based starting point identifying baseline biometrics such as weight, BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass and fat segmental analysis.

Session 2:
•Review of Assessment Results: Discuss the results of your fitness assessment, including strengths and weaknesses that were identified.
•Customized Workout Plan: Personalized workout plan tailored to your goals, fitness level, and preferences. This plan will include: Cardio, Strength, Flexibility, applied by Frequency, Intensity, Time & Type for each exercise.
•Demonstration and Instruction: Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide clear instructions on how to perform each exercise safely and effectively
